“The purpose of the Club shall be to train, develop, and promote players, coaches, and teams to participate in the various levels of soccer Western Pennsylvania has to offer for youth up to nineteen (19) years of age and living within the boundaries of the Avonworth School District and Northgate School District. Notwithstanding the geographical boundaries, the Club may accept applications for membership from any interested family.”
