1. Players begin by slowly jogging around.

2. Players stand 5 yards apart and pass the ball between them.

3. Players play a one-two with their partner and then run and find another partner.

4. Once the first player has completed the designated move and returned to his/her partner, the second player repeats the same process.

5. Players can go through the following series of moves.

  • Pass
  • Volley - Instep
  • Volley – Thigh & Instep
  • Volley – Chest & Instep
  • Header
  • High Throw
